General Information

PLANCY is a web application for project and task management, time tracking, people management and project finance analytics.

Core Capabilities

  • Spaces, projects and tasks with List, Board and Timeline views

  • Summary, detailed, workload, finance and operations reports with CSV and XLSX export

  • Data import from files and a public API with access keys

Installation

Cloud service. No installation is needed. Open app.plancy.ru, enter your email and the 6-digit code from the email. An account is created automatically on first sign-in.

On-premises. Linux (x86-64) server with Docker Engine and Docker Compose 2.20 or newer. The installation kit provided by the rights holder deploys PostgreSQL 17, Redis 7, Garage S3-compatible storage and daily database backups.

Operation

Supported browsers: Google Chrome 111, Microsoft Edge 111, Mozilla Firefox 114, Apple Safari 16.4 or newer, with JavaScript, cookies and local storage enabled. To finish a session, click your name in the bottom-left corner and choose «Выйти» (Sign out).
